The Indestructible Drum Stick

The Ahead indestructible drum stick is a relatively new tool that if utilized in the RIGHT way can be a great investment. The stick in general is equally balanced and weighted as the normal wooden stick, although it delivers more force and a crisper sound due to it metal core and plastic tip. At first paying 35. dollars seemed like a lot but after time I realized that I was getting about 12 sticks worth with just two. It took me about 24 hours of playing time until I needed to replace the plastic casing, which is conveniently only 3 dollars. Once replaced I receivedabout another 35 dollars worth of time for just 3 dollars. I still love the feel of a wooden stick for lives sets and gigs but it make a great practicing tool. I personally have a 6 to 1 hour ratio of practice to actual gigs so I mainly use them for practice and then switch to the wooden sticks for a gig. Over all a great choice!!!!
